I love that you're here and welcome,
Over the past thirty years I have been Creative Director of the Marketing and Sales Promotion consultancy, which my husband, businessman Alan Keane set up in 1983. We have had some wonderfully forward-focused clients and handled amongst others, the Irish 'Priceless' campaign for MasterCard Ireland. I have written commissioned children's story books to coincide with the launch of a popular Cadbury's chocolate bar for kids and also for Galtee Foods. Most recently, I've completed a musical script based on a fictitious incident which brings the world of the Eurovision song contest and the Irish Showband scene together.
My passion is writing, communication and positive, healthy living. I love cooking and my joy is family and long summer evening meals with a little jazz, a little wine and a lot of laughter. I love packing a suitcase to go anywhere and driving on big open roads on sunny days.
In recent years my direction has taken me towards communications and facilitation of workshops and coaching programmes.
Focusing our energy and our thoughts on the things which resonate powerfully within us is what helps us build a purposeful life and this belief led me to researching and developing workshops especially for women in midlife and beyond, focusing on self-excavation and re-empowerment and a return to the kind of excitement in our possibilities we had as delight-full five year olds.

With an immense understanding of and affinity with women in midlife, I've developed a number of highly positive and empowering workshop programmes and I'm thrilled to report amazing and life-changing transformations in many of my clients, some of whom have set aside schedules, structures and even values which were no longer serving them and others who took steps to create a whole new world of opportunity for themselves.
I'm currently writing a book which I hope to launch very soon. More news on this to follow..
