Day 1 January 26th -
9.30am - check-in resort, coffee and introductions
10.00am - begin Jewels sessions
11.20am - coffee break
1.15pm - lunch
2.00pm - 2nd Jewels sessions
4.00pm - exclusive Seafield spa treatments
5.30pm - supremely soothing thermal spa
6.30pm - relaxing 'bubbles'
7.45pm - 3 course dinner in the award winning Greenroom restaurant
Day 2 January 27th -
Full Irish breakfast privately or in the dining room
9.30am - coffee and 3rd Jewels sessions
11.30am - break
11.45am - 4th Jewels sessions
1.15pm - lunch
2.00pm - 5th Jewels sessions
3.30pm - celebration 'bubbles'
