The November Bliss - 30 days of tenderness program has been running for over a decade and thousands of women have taken part since it began with just twelve women in the first year. Last year women from all over the country and Europe committed to caring deeply and soulfully for themselves and by day 30 many had made changes which would impact their whole life.
I have created a Magical Rest companion 30 day workbook which may be used as a stand alone 30 days but also blends beautifully with the November Bliss program. As you turn each page, you find a new way to soulfully rest, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, creatively, sensorially and socially.
