Meditation on love

When I began watching Gaia TV a few years ago, I quickly developed my favourite programmes.  I love George Noory's Beyond Belief and his gentle almost innocent style of conversation.  No matter how often he listens to someone talk about their enlightenment experience, their encounter with angels/aliens/ghosts or share their wisdom on ancient civilisations, he always manages a fresh curiosity, as though it's the first time he's  heard of such things.

It was on Gaia TV that I first came across Regina Meredith and her programme Open Minds. It becomes clear very quickly that Regina's presenting style is to hold space for her guest as they express their knowledge, wisdom and experience on all things mind/body/spirit - especially spirit.  Regina's presence is one of calm, light and beauty and she holds a safe space for her viewers and guests to come together over the 40 minutes or so of her show.

So one day while watching her show, I felt powerfully directed to contact her to ask her to come and meet the members of the Tuesday Night Club, to tell us about her career, life and influences.  

The short story is I asked her and she said Yes.  She gave the most joyous, generous response and said we'll have fun! And so it happened that on a wintery December night just over a year ago, Regina Meredith charmed us with her wit, wisdom and many of the wonders she's experienced over her long career.  

Her message was very similar to that of our previous guest Dr. Jill Bolte-Taylor (author of My Stroke of Insight and Whole Brain Living) who says that we are all beings of energy and we are each of us responsible for the energy we bring to the room.  

Regina too believes that everything relates to frequency and in order to remain in the light, to experience love and maintain a harmonious balance in our relationships, with Mother Earth and humanity, we must work at keeping a higher vibrational frequency about and within us.  She meditates frequently, involves herself in creating delicious food and surrounds herself with beauty which she believe keeps the vibrations raised.

I particularly loved Regina's thinking on growing older.

'The more beauty, the more high frequency we can create, allows for the sustenance of everything else to continue at a more youthful rate - I don't know how else to say it! We don't age the same when we're bathed in beauty and beautiful thoughts. Hey our skin might sag but there's internal beauty and youth all the time'.

A MESSAGE FROM THE GUARDIANS....

Since that evening of December 6th 2022, the uploaded recording on my Wise  & Ageless Goddess YouTube channel has received over 10,000 views and a number of viewers have asked to hear the message given to Regina which she mentioned she received from her guides 'The Guardians'.   In this message are instructions on how to raise our vibration to a frequency of love which is what's necessary to move through the troubling times ahead. Regina generously shared this with us and the following is a transcript of the message she received.

“Lead your lives with love. Music of love songs, love stories in films, love stories in books.
 
 Give love, receive love, it’s love that will begin brightening the ensuing darkness. 
 
There’s more dimming of the lights ahead but you can overcome this and even reverse this with feelings of love. 
 
Do not give in to despair, anger and judgment for that is the exact fuel that those who put you in this position required to continue doing what they’re doing. 
 
By loss of will and loss of love and loss of appetite for all that is beautiful, the others have succeeded. 
 
Your earth has so much beauty and so much actual love at her core as well as at the core of humanity once it can be unmasked. But nobody is going to take that mask off for you. 
 
Each and every one of you needs to commit to love in every way you can find it to keep your own frequencies high through this time of change. 
 
Watching love stories is perfectly legitimate if it fosters feelings of love.
 
 Spending time with those you love, be it family or friends is one of the best ways to keep the frequencies high. You’ll notice this when you’ve been with someone you love - feel the upliftment in the chest and in the spirit. 
 
Now you’re going to have to work at this consciously as it’s not just a given any longer. 
 
Do kind things for one another. 
Do sweet things for one another. 
Do caring things for one another. 
 
You’re going to need to help each other spiritually to move through this next phase of human history. 
 
Care, love, kindness, compassion will be your tools. 
 
This does not need to look heroic in any way, it just needs to exist in the world in any way you can create it. 
 
And let’s not forget beauty. 
 
Beauty is of a higher order of frequency and where ever you can bring beauty into your life or the life of another you have also succeeded in overcoming the darker frequencies and spells that have been cast upon humanity. 
 
So you can add beauty of all kinds to your toolbox, be it your surroundings, music, inspiring literature, food, laughter and light hearted humour, whatever you consider to be beautiful and elevating. 
 
If there was ever a time to become what was referred to as a Good Samaritan it is now as the act of giving brings higher frequencies into the world. 
 
Engage with little children and animals at their innocent levels of enthusiasm and lightness of being. They still have the keys to the heavens. 
 
Those at the end of their lives are also closer to the heavens as they’ve let go of the cares and responsibilities and burdens of life and are free to simply be. 
 
It’s been known for a long time that this time in history would be coming. In fact, we’ve told you (Regina) of this for many years and you have felt it your entire life. 
 
And now it’s time to employ everything you’ve learned through your metaphysical studies and journey through life. 
 
It can be as simple as calling and checking on someone who is struggling, or making a pot of soup and sharing it. This doesn’t require heroes it simply requires care. 
 
Finally, give yourself credit for choosing to incarnate and holding the light at this time because your future will depend on it.”
